itouch jailbreak and installing 3rd party apps?

    I thought there maybe a sticky and such on the touch and jailbreaking but I can't find it or haven't yet so my apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

    I have a touch with 1.14 and jailbreaked with ziphone.

    How do I install 3rd party apps? Does anyone have an easy to do website link that will walk me through the downloading and installation of these apps?
