dvd shrink not working

Whenever I try using dvd shrink it just freezes up. I click open disc and the program just sits there. I have used dvd shrink for years and never had any problems. I have reformatted the hard drive and tried a fresh download but it still does the same thing. I haven't added any new programs in a long time. I'm using an old nero program. I have 2 different dvd recorders on my computer and neither will work but both will play movies or other disc.

It could be the movies you're trying to open. Try using DVDFab HD Decrypter. (freeware)

I don't think it's the DVD's I'm trying to burn. Some are part of a series that I burned before. Could it be a problem with Nero? I could not get DVDFab to work either.

could be you used crappy media? like cmc mag burning to fast? so therefore you can't re-rip and burn. you will need the original store bought DVD and backup again using top quality media like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim burning at 6x to 8x max
