IPOD settings in DVDFab Platinum help

    I hope this is the correct forum for this questions, sorry if it is not. I use DVDFab Platinum to convert my DVD's to ipod so I can watch them at work. I have a questions about the settings. I want to get the image to fit full screen and have great sound. I am not worried about the size of the file. What settings should I use to get the best resolution and sound? I think the default is 640x352, 1 pass, no split, 64 kpbs audio.
    Also do you know what the best setting would be in PSP mode? thanks
