I plugged my laptop with a ATI Radeon Mobility 200M video into this new 52" panel and I got a beautiful 1920x1080 image. Piece of cake.

A week later the laptop reboots and now it wants to be a 1280x1024 monitor (the left and right edges are severly cropped.) And for the life of me, I can't get 1920 back. I played with the dispaly settings until the cows came home.

I even backed out a Windows update (that caused the reboot) and I updated the ATI driver from HP. No luck.

I don't think I would be this frustrated if I thought it wasn't possible, but I tasted the glory of full projection and I want it back. Any hints, tips, or tricks?

    Tnx in advance.
