i have a western digital external hdd called my book-and it has 320 GB space,,i use a software called disk password protection and it hide my drive along with a password 2 un-hide it so when i did that i open my folders and tried 2 even copy some of my files and i'am getting [ureadable or corrupted] i've looked into -Active@ Partition Recovery,and recover my fies.now it shows my files if i do a scan but iiam still learning how 2.. so if any1 know of a software that can design 4 this exact problem,help please.. and if any1 know a a safe password protector 4 usb hdd tell me please..all of this would not of happen if the makers created a password and not silly softwares what came with it...
i installed a few softwares on my laptop an it wasn't giving me a solution 2 my problem so i uninstalled them execpt for 1 software -and i did some more info seeking on the software and i tried 1 simple option from the software and i did a quick scan and it took about 4-6 minutes and now WOLLA--Even though other softwares was showing the files but doesn't recover it fully,,,Recover My Files scan all the data error files/folders and now i can recover them..SWEET SOFTWARE only left is putting in some hours to recover my files.lol
