can any one tell me how to transfer elf file to mc or hd
and also how to boot elf from hd or mc

You can transfer .elf files using UlaunchELF v4.12
Only way your going to be able to boot directly from MC or HD is with Dev modes. In other words you will need a modchip that has support for DEV1/DEV2 mode or both. DEV1 being for MC, and DEV2 for HD.

Is your PS2 modded in any way?

but i don't know how to transfer elf using UlaunchELF v4.12 to hd.
according to me it is not possible to add any elf to UlaunchELF v4.12.

If you have a usb flash drive its easy to copy files from it to mc.

Hmmm, that's weird. Could be an incompatible USB drive. Cause I know some of my USB drives won't work with Swapmagic. Have you tried any other USB drives?

Yes that is strange, especially if Codebreaker reads your usb flash.

Did you select Filebrowser, then choose /Mass in uLaunch 4.12 as that is your USB drive.

actually i use kingston pen drive 2gb

I use a Kingston Data Traveller and it works fine.
I also have a Chipsbank usb drive.
I am not sure what all is compatible. I would think the most common ones are. Sandisk, etc.

I wouldn't think older versions of uLaunch would be any different, but you can try if you like.
Just go to sksapps.com for older version.

Ones that have worked for me are my Sony 1GB and 4GB microvaults. Ones that haven't worked for me are my creative muvo 512MB mp3 player and my cousins lexar firefly (256MB).

Haven't seen any compatibility lists out there. So you might just have to go through trial and error.

Edit: that muvo will work on a fat ps2 but not a slim ps2.

Is their any software that i can put in my pen drive so that my ps2 will recognize my pen drive.
