Will Pinnacle Video Transfer record from a source that is copy protected? If so, tell me. Could it be VHS/DVD/Copy protected cable channels?

I'm looking for an answer from someone who actually owns a Pinnacle Video Transfer and has tried to copy from a copy protected source (VHS/DVD/Copy protected cable channel).
