I brought my phone from Oklahoma to Iraq. I would like to unlock it so that I can use an AsiaCell SIM. My IMEI is 010648009737473. I don't know what to do with the unlock code should you be able to find one for me. Do I need to remove my old SIM chip and put in the AsiaCell SIM chip? I guess I need baby steps on how to do this. If I have failed to provide enough information, please let me know. Thank you for your help.
Thanks anyway, but I got the phone unlocked from cingular. I called them and asked if they would give me the code and they agreed. My phone is now unlocked and I have my AsiaCell SIM installed, but now I can't get a signal. woe is me....
