PROBLEM IN FM RADIO IN MY 2 GB MP4 /IPOD CHINESE PLAYER

I bought 2 GB MP4 player/i pod in which I am facing 2 problems

1- MP4 Video file are not playing- After downloading MP4 files in I Pod it says no file found.

2- The FM Radio is not working.

Can some body let me know what is the problem and how to solve this problem.
