okay so on the start up menu thing(precise i know) on the video tab is there a way to create folders.

For instance i have south park box sets and have made each episode into ps3 friendly files and copied onto the ps3 hard drive. Can i make a single folder (named south park) and move all the episodes into said folder? also can i make a folder inside this folder for each season?

See whats on the triangle menu when your click on a video file.

PSP 2.6 > 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.02 oe-b > 3.03 oe-c > 3.30 oe-a > 3.71 m33-2
PS3 60gig 1.55 > ... > 2.36

ok did that i get 'group content(square)' and i get the options by title(in groups from their first letter), this does go towards my goal ie all my south parks in one folder but then i also have for instance the film scarface in the same folder.

other options are all which returns to its original (every video in alphabetical order.

by month that the video was imported not desirable

by albulm where it uses the date the video is created? odd investigate further and the file's 'abulm' can be edited, edited to south park DING DING DING CALL THE PIT BOSS WE HAVE A BIG WINNER.

My eureka moment came after i wrote 'by abulm' in which i tested it to see what it did hence sorting by a date then further investigation then the penny dropped. what i wrote after was in pure happiness.

This console rules.

The only way i can think of (the only way i have done it).
Is buy backing them up on a usb/memory stick and going onto your computer and putting them into folders and naming them. Then copy the memory stick onto your ps3 and they will be in seperate folders with the names.

Edit: Oh i see you found the "proper" way :P

Fat PSP: 3.03 oe-c (will update when i have time :P)
