best cooling unit for 360?

ive heard some of the connectable fans actually retain heat. what is the best device for cooling the 360? anybody tried the evercooler?

right now, i just have two small portable fans pointed at the back. could use some advice. thanks guys

Don't point fans at the back, that's the air outtake not the intake. It will do more damage than good.

I think you should get the Talismoon WhisperMax fans.They're effectiveand they have the LED coloer of your choice to go on it.

you are not required to have a cooler just so you know. but that is a nice fan though. USB powered is much safer than intercoolers pass through design.

I'm fanless ever sicne i bought my 360 2 years ago. No problems.

Actually, same here. I haven't done any aftermarket cooling for my Premium/LIVE console which I use in my computer room. I do have an EX on my Elite in the living room. I don't use that console as much, just mainly for streaming video, and just haven't bothered removing the EX.

Well, I should say EX case. I've replaced the fans with some Coolmaster ball bearing fans. It runs real quiet.
