anyone have info about tv/dvd combis in ireland . apart from a few 15-20inch ,i havent seen any 32-40 inch , they seem to be freely available in the usa but not so much in europe.
dvd/tv combo units are problems in the making. Usually the dvd player breaks down and becomes useless. 2 separate units is the best way to go. If 1 breaks down, it can easily be replaced on the cheap.
thanks for your reply i didnt know that the dvd part is liable to problems. i want to put it on a blank wall just off the kitchen/dining area of my house, and there is no room for a seperate dvd unless i mounted a shelf under the position i have earmarked for it, but with some very busy grandchildern coming and going i could visualise the shelf +dvd coming down .
