could anyone help me i recently played a dvd in my ps3 for the first time, since then i have not being able to load any games/dvd's.. a circle keeps coming up the top right of the screen and rotating for a while but nothing happens.

Your drive could be bad. I'm not a professional troubleshooter of PS3s though. Call up sony at 1-800-345-7669 and let them decide.
