Refer to my sig for pc specs.

I have a Ulead software I'm trying to install and it won't. When I do, it tells me the an earlier version is installed, remove it and try again. Well, it's been uninstalled. I noticed in the Add/Remove it's still there. When I click it shows a pop up screen Ulead Photo Explorer then in the screen >SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp(409)then under that $7.0.100.1342 then under that @Windows XP Service Pack 2 (2600)IE 7.0.6000.16640

Does anyone know what the heck that means and what can I do to fix this? It's for my digital camera. I've checked regedit for any signs of it and can't find anything there. So I'm at a loss.

    Thanks for your help.
