i want to know how to play and save a mp4 video on a cfw psp.I have 3.90 m33 phat psp.

Well first you need a video file (.avi/.mpg/.mpeg/etc), convert it to .mp4 using xvid4psp. Wait a while for conversion, transfer it to the root of the memcard into 'VIDEO' folder.

ROOT/VIDEO/xxxx.mp4

Should show up under video in XMB.
