I am getting totally frustrated. My parents and my sister went to buy a Wii about a week ago at a shop called Game in the UK. The sales person said that a copy of Brawl has been pre-ordered for me at the release date and the 2nd day of release for free. So.. My problem is... How the heck am I suppose the give Game the proof that I bought my Wii? Do I give them my receipts? Do they have my info? My mum says that all I need to do is tell them my postcode, but I don't think that's right... Whoever has got this offer from Game.. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

No need for the sarcasm. Just didn't think of that... When I'm frustrated I don't think straight and I don't usually use the phone so I don't think I would've got that on the spot. Different minds don't think alike. Again, sarcasm was unnecessary.

I got my wii only two week ago from the same shop.

I called up and they said that my info was saved on their system.

JOJIMBO. I bought my Wii a week ago, and at the time I bought my Wii, the sales person told me that Brawl has been pre-ordered automatically for me for free. I still need to pay the full price for Brawl. And by the way, I got a bundle of the Wii, Wii Sports, Sonic Riders : Zero Gravity and Ultimate Board Game collection, costing at 200 pounds. Then I bought the warranty stuff and then bought another Wiimote and another Nunchuck. Adding up to a high price... I guess they pre-ordered Brawl for me because of that. Did you only buy the Wii console or did you buy lots of stuff that day?

I got the 200 pound bundle and nothing else, how much was the warranty stuff.

The warranty stuff was 19.99 I think. I think I got the cheapest warranty. But I know that the pre-ordering thing is real because I remember the case for Brawl on the desk and the sales person was telling my parents about the pre-order. Plus the phone call ;P
