hi i have psp a fat one my brother has a slim one can you tell me what i need to do/get to mod them so we can download and play games on them for free,thanks for any help

What's the FW on the phat? if it's below 3.5 then you should be able to downgrade as is

ok, at your PSPs main screen go to the far left under settings, and go down until you get to system settings, then at the bottom, you should see "System Information" check that out, but I don't think it matters seeing as how you bought the PB and MMS, there is a link to a guide on CFW somewhere, hopefully someone can post it up, because as of now I'm lost.

Oh, before I forget FW=Firmware, PB=Pandoras battery, and MMS=Magic Memory Stick incase you didn't know. :P
