I'm trying to use the wizard in Subtitle Creator to add subtitles to a DVD and keep menus, etc, intact. Everything seems to work fine, but the resulting DVD does not seem to have the subtitles on it. When I check in DVD Shrink or similar software I can see there is a subtitle track, but it won't display on PC DVD software or on my standalone DVD player. What am I doing wrong? Please help as it's driving me mad!
Check to verify that the subs are present. Don't make any changes unless it's on a backup copy. 1 Load the DVD into DVDSubEdit (File > Open full Domain) 2 Select the substream. 3 Use the slider to move through the subs. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/subtitle_tools/dvdsubedit.cfm
