I have an Epson RX580 all in one printer. The scanner is really good, however; I cant seem to rotate the images freely. All it would do is rotate at 90 degree angles. What, if any, program can I use that will freely rotate the pics so that I can position them how I want them.

any good photo editing program will have custom rotation..... I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended! It has everything you can imagine and I recommend it highly:

there are plenty of other photo editing programs that will let you customize your rotation: photoshop elements, The Print Shop, even Windows will rotate a picture for you:

just click onto your pitcture and you can move it or rotate it!
