Can someone, anyone help me please.
Did you have a abnormal shutdown? If you did try running the chkdsk c:/f command from the dos window (you need the windows installation cd to boot the computer). This will repair the system files that might have corrupted. You can also try resetting the RAM, move the RAM stick to another slot. Check your dvd roms and hard drive, make sure that they are properly set to the master/slave . Example, don't have 2 drives on the same cable as master, it happened to me before. Computer will work, but act strange. You might also get yourself a "system backup software", that way you don't have to load all the drivers everytime. This will save an exact copy of your hard drive on an external drive. Then all you have to do is reload(restore) that backup back onto your drive. It will save you hours. Easyimage is cheap and very easy to use. You can use the demo to make a backup to try it out. http://www.eazsolution.com/en/easyimage.php
Thanks for the info jony218 I've tried switching the ram and I checked the roms and thay are set right. But i can't get pass the chkdsk form the installation disk because it's asking for a administrator password and I don't know what I't is.
