I tried burning some of my games to a Staples DVD+R and have it either read the disc forever or not read it at all. I tried it on imation DVD-Rs and same thing. If I do it on a Verbatim DVD+RW it reads it perfetly fine as though its a store bought disc. Why is this? I have the Halo Edition Xbox.

Mine doesn't even read -r's. Im going to try to load up a movie on a +r and see if it works. That way I can single it down to the way the game is burned or the drive itself.

I can't find the exact link but if I remember correctly, the Samsung drive should be able to read all DVD types. I'll try to find that link and post it or if anybody else knows what it is please post it.
