OK i know i have no chance !BUT! here is the most desperate person you would have ever met but i have no chance. To get down to business my FAT PSP running 3.71 M33-4 is bricked, I bricked it while my cousin was staying over while trying to downgrade his brand new SLIM PSP running 3.60. It will goto Recovery menu but that is it. I had a spare battery and a spare memory stick, but my cousin stole them and sold them (I punched him till he was black) so I have NOTHING but my PSP, 1 Battery and it's charger. Now i know im pretty screwed until i even get a memory stick, is it worth trying to de-brick it or should i try and sell it on eBay?

If you can get into recovery mode it is only a semi-brick, were you messing with the flash0 files at all (installing themes/gameboots etc)? if you were (and you made a flash backup) you can simply restore your backup.

If not, a Pandora and MMS should definitely solve your problems.

I think there is a recovery file for 3.71 m33 just search for it...

well for some strange reason when i enter recovery mode and goto Advanced and then hit toggle USB (flash0) my computer says Please insert a disk into drive F:\

i just bought a 2GB memory stick from eBay it should be here in a week or 2 so ill get back to you also i downloaded the recovery files, do i just put all the files (UPDATE.PBP, libpsardumper.prx, extprxs.pbp, decryptprx.prx AND EBOOT.PBP) into ms0:/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY ?
