Samsung U900 Soul Problem

    I recently got a Samsung U900 Soul off eBay locked to T-Mobile. I went to 2 phone shop near me and the first said he couldn't unlock it yet.

    The next shop spent about 40 mins fiddling with it and then finally said I should come back in about 2 weeks to try getting it unlocked again.

    Now when I put the SIM in and turn it on it says:

    "Phone Freeze. SIM unavailable. Please Contact service provider."

    Does anyone know how to fix this and unlock it using some codes or something? Here's phone info:

    Model: SGH-U900
    IMEI: 352442/02/352642/7

    Hi;

    I also recently purchased a samsung sgh-u900 locked to T-mobile. I purchased an unlock code from mobileunlocked.co.uk and when i insert another sim card i get the message "phone freeze, sim unavailable".

    Please let me know if you get a solution.
