I just d/led dark side of the moon and peter tosh dts files. Trying to put on CD and for some reason it says .cue file isnt valid on both. Just wondering if there bad files or if i'm not using them correctly. I put the .wav files on CD and they work fine, but theres not break in between songs. If anyone can help that would be great. I am using toast titanium 9 to make cd.
All you need to do is edit the CUE file so that it points to the location of the WAV file on your computer. As it stands, it sounds as if the file is pointing to the WAV file on the original computer that made it. Open the CUE file in Wordpad, or notepad. Look for - in the first few lines - where the WAV file is supposed to be & change this to give the address of it's position on your computer. So - for example - it might say something like this: FILE"C:Temp\CDRIPS\PeterTosh.WAV". If it does, change every instance of the given location for where the file is on your system. (A properly made CUE file will work as long as the WAV & CUE files are in the same folder, but sadly this is not always the case)
