hi everybody
here is my problem.i have a pc that i use for P2P which is on 24/7.
i have 2 ISP's one with a download cap one without.
what i want to do is block all P2P on one network(with D/L cap)
and use the other network for file share to other pc's and xbox's,i don't mind which connection has internet explorer as long as bitcomet is blocked on the one with the cap.i am running windows XP home SP2.any help as this is wrecking my brain.thanks

You might try having two users. Each has access to only one ISP because you install as a user not as an admin. Install your torent clients acordingly. I don't know how well you will download when the other user is active. I don't see how 2 cards could help but 2 computers would.

you can block them via the windows firewall, close the ports as well(if any are open),

you can also uninstall the p2p software then restrict changes being done to the machine and password protect it:)
