RapidShare Manager Problem

I hope I put this in the right place......

I have been using this prog for along time and love it but today when I went to use it ,it wouldn't work. It starts the same then I get an Error Message that says:

"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"

can some one tell me what this means?
I have tried redownloading and everything else by no luck.

I know I had a problem installing rapidshare manager, and had to unblock the application in Windows xp, then it worked fine.
