Menu Creation

I have lost my program that came with windows vista that creates menus. I have tried to ask for technical support but all they ask is registering it. so I was wondering there was any easy to use programs that creates menus like EG; Nero, but with the capabilities of having background music and Videos playing on my menu. I was using NTI CD & DVD Maker 7. any help would be fantastic!

Thanks Again! I have just finished creating and burning my music Videos using Cyberlink power producer! which is the actual program that i thought was th NTI maker 7. I won't worry about tmpgenc now! Like i said thanks for your help!
