my old benq lcd monitor died.so i borrowed my daughters old crt monitor. hooked it up to my pc no problems. bought myself a new 19" acer lcd monitor switched it on then booted the pc up. the monitor switched itself of.tried this a few times buy monitor keeps switching of. hooked up the crt booted the pc up no problems. all connectors are vga 15 pin d-sub running windows xp home graphics card is ati radeon x550
I've tried that and it works with my daughter's computer just not on mine. Do u have any ideas? please.
