Problem Playing Japanese back up of BLOOD PLUS, ONE NIGHT KISS on PS2

#1 10 Jun 2008 @ 1:52
Using a real swap magic plus 3.6 USA loader. Works on other backups fine.
The only Japanese one I'm trying is "BLOOD PLUS, ONE NIGHT KISS"
but I can't get it to work.

The disk is burned on the same type media I've used for USA games just fine. I also burned it at 2X speed just to make sure.

A screen in Japanese comes up.. The options are "yes" and "no" in Japanese.

Seems not to go many places as I get an "error" type sound no matter waht I pick. It goes to a next similar screen giving me yes an no options again and then dead ends.
I can go back by pushing circle, but no matter what I pick, I get similar results.

The text on the screen says blah blah blah "Memory card" blah blah blah all in Japanese.

So I made sure I had plenty of space on both my cards (PLENTY) and tried again but no go :(.

****What am I doing wrong?
****Can I not play a Japanese games using a USA version Swap Magic disk?

I think its just asking whether you want to continue without a memory card inserted or you want to create a system save, as alot of Jpn games will do. Of course, its only a guess unless you can post a image of the message.

My Japanese reading is not very good.
I think you are correct.

But I am using a memory card with much space on it. I tried two memory cards and deleted a lot from them. One of them is almost completely empty. I still reach a dead end.
Here are some images.

Press O(or X, or whatever the confirm button is) on はい on this screen.

It will not proceed :(
It makes an error type sound.

If not O or X then square, or triangle or even start on はい.
Im sorry, thats the best i can think off. I'll just leave it to somebody else, hopefully someone who played the game, as they may be able to help you.
