    Hi
I just bought an ipod classic (80 GB) and set it up to charge. It says in the instructions that it will take around 4 hours to fully charge, but my ipod went to fully charged within 2 hours!? While it was charging it got disconnected from the computer one or two times, so has the battery gotten messed up or is this normal ipod behavior?
    Thanks

I just drained the battery, till the connect to power message appeared, and put it to charge. It finished charging in about two hours again. (showing the plug sign on the battery health). Could it be a software glitch, where the ipod is actually charging but showing as charged?

    your are correct!!!

to get the full charge just leave it connected to the source for 4 hours, although it seems to disconnect its still charging:p

btw it doesn't matter if it is a wall or usb charger, its gotta be 4 hours!

I think it worked, cause my battery life seems better now, used it for a while yesterday but the battery health hasn't dropped a bit :)
