Samsung SGH X150 Unlock Sim *Temporarily*

In answer to another members question,

1. Keep sim in phone.

2. Turn On.

3.Get your IMEI code by typing *#06#. It will appear quickly. You only neeed the string of 14 numbers, or maybe its 15.

4. Use any of the following codes with your IMEI code inserted. I have the most luck with the second.

In answer to maranele, a barred member. I found this relatively hard to find and got my information from http://gsmhosting.com/vbb/archive/index.php/t-121380-p-5.html.

So all thanks go that way.

If anyone knows a permanent way to unlock this phone... don't hold out on us!

well as far as the feedback goes the X150 does not work with the free Samsung tool unlock software. So there is no free solution.

however there are a couple paid solution such as going to a shop buying hardware (+/- 300 euro) or doing it with remote unlocking such as

You can use the original Samsung usb cable that came with the phone.
