Too funny Aldan! Hilarious low-tech solution.
Seriously though if you want to secure your computer from your kids its going to be a rather complicated process, unfortunantly. There are many different Filter programs for purchase. Some are also free. Microsoft has a Family Security Center thingy but you have to install the program and set up User Accounts on the computer and then create Window's Live ID's for you and your children. Everyone will have to log on and off in order to benefit from this. Whew...
Just saying it sounds like a lot of work. But if $ is no object you could always pay a professional to install all of this for you and of course show you how to use it. Otherwise go with what Aldan said that should do the trick as well!

    Hey diddyd.

If you know what specific websites you are trying to prevent, you can edit your hosts file to block those websites. Just copy the first line in your hosts file, which should be this:
    127.0.0.1 localhost
, and paste it below. Replace the "localhost" with whatever website you choose to block, for example:
    127.0.0.1 forums.afterdawn.com
, and that should be it.

To edit your hosts file, go to C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc, and open a file called "hosts" in Notepad.

    Best REgards :D
