How to convert to Xploder v5?

Hi, Ive been playing around with CB2Crypt and MaxConvert lately, trying to convert some codes to other cheat discs for myself. But I have no idea how to convert codes to Xploder v5... CB2Crypt does CB to raw, and MaxConvert doesnt have the option to convert to Xploder v5. So Iwas wondering if anyone can help me out with this.

Incidentally, these are the codes I want to convert:

Dynasty Warriors 2

M
ECB79880 1456E79B

Character mod

4CB855F0 1456E7A6
4CB85274 1456E7A6

and I want to convert them to Xploder v5 PAL.

Try using the same setting for Gameshark with MaxConvert.

Not sure which gameshark though.

Or you could just get the codes from here.
