I have a Dell dimention computer, I put four login names for each one in my family. recently a technician came out and did some work on my hookup, since then, when I login with my name, the keyboard will not work. the mouse does, but not the keyboard. If I logout and go to another login, the keyboard works. I've tried contacting my internet provider and they tell me it's not a technical problem but a problem with my computer/keyboard. Problem is it started after the tech came out to work on it. Can anyone help me in figuring why the keyboard works on the other 3 logins and not mine. It would be a great help.
