Hi, i've just brought a fortecstar passion HD box and wanted to put it into the hdmi 2nd connection slot on the back of my LG tv. it recognises and picks it up fine on the hdmi first connection slot but not my second connection slot i have available to put it into. any help out there please would be greatly received as its now driving me crazy wondering on how i can get it to work
hi, i am having the same problem except i have a dell pc with hdmi out and i try to hook up my hdmi cable to hdmi2 lg 50 inch tv and i dont get anything and when i do its a large screen with no sound. can you help? nick
I've got just about the same problem. Just bought a Memorex DVD Player with HDMI and up-conversion. When I plug it into the HDMI-2 slot on my RCA TV I get a picture just fine, but no audio on any of my burned DVDs. On some, I'll get audio for only the menu and extras, but never for the main movie. They've all worked just fine on every other DVD player I own including a Bose 3-2-1, a Samsung, and a little $20 cheapy from Target.
