wmp11 streaming

    so i am trying to stream tv from thailand but its always a bit choppey or stops and starts. is there any settings in wmp11 i can change or do i need to open ports or anything. its on about 6 in morning here so internet can not be that busy. maybe its my firewall im useing comdo. any help thanks.
