    1) try disabling all graphic options within the game and see if you get the same problem

    if the problem persists...

    2) try updating your gfx card driver

    results?

for full specs, you'll have to find out from the manufacturer.

it doesn't matter how good your computer is. graphic options can give problems if not turned up high enough and sometimes if they are too high.

it might be a one off error. in games you can get errors which happen everytime and sometimes happen once and never repeat. is it a one-off error or persistant?

if it's one off then relax

    if it's persistant try updating

it might not support your graphics card.

or there could be errors on your computer. fix these by:-

start > run > cmd ok > type chkdsk/f c: (depending on which drive your game is installed, it wouldn't hurt to do all the drives one by one)

    enter

like i said before, update your 9 expansion packs to the latest version. or you can do the last one and just check the other expansions have updated in the process too by attempting to update them.

mind you, sims 3 will be launching next year, but i don't think it'll have the equivalent of all those 9 expansions you have :)
