I have a brand new lightscribe drive LG GH20LS10 (SATA) After intalling the nero software that came with the cd and then restarting, it got into windows and I got a blue screen error...something about a driver and physical memory..It seems the drive is causing me problems. And it only gives me the blue screen error once. When i want to burn lightscribe, it only stays at 1% for a few minutes and it says an internal error has occured. Can someone help me out?
make sure the drive is physically in place correctly....it seems nero maybe locking up the drive...uninstall nero....if the problem persists your drive is most likely faulty, since its new i can't see it as being a firmware issue.....your warranty probably still covers it : ) -tripplite
