    1. I was thinkin to buy the mic for xbox. However, my local game store dont supply them anymore. So, cant i just make one. I have a mic that plugs from the audio input. I also have a broken xbox controller. So, can i cut both of them and combine it ?

    2. I have 3 controllers. They all have problems.

Wireless - Battery leaked. All everywhere the controller.

Wire - not working, even when i plug in. Wire, maybe ?

Wire- Works, but it keeps getting disconnected. The game would give me a message to reconnect it.

In Conclusion, is there anyway to fix any of these. Cuz all my local gaming store dosent sell xbox controllers. Thx.

    sorry for bump.
just wondering if you were still wondering.
about that one controller that says it has been disconnected- check the wire for kinks in it if you find any you might want to cut the wire off there and re-connect the wires (removing the kinked piece of wire) and it might work. that or there is a problem where it connects to the controller or the plug itself. you could plug it in while in game and bend it in different places to test where the problem is.
