Windows XP cannot install updates

Hello,
I have a problem that windows cannot install updates anymore. Everytime I try to install new updates this message comes out:

"installation did not complete"

I don't know what to do.

go to microsoft help and support.you should have unlimited email support on this one.email them with your problem and in about a day they will get back to you.i had the same problem but cant remember how they said to fix it but fix it they will.
