Ok normally my surround used to work with the realtek'97 driver when i had xp. But now if i listen to music only 2 front speakers work and that sounds crap to listen to hardstyle without basses. So i was looking what was wrong and went to the realtek site and found the same driver for vista (That's what my pc runs on at the moment). But this didn't change a thing. What could be wrong? When I choose 6 speakers at the driver and do the test all my speakers work as they should do but when I play music only 2 speakers make noisel. =( I hope somebody can help me out...

As you can test all the speakers, this rules out the problem of a hardware fault. This leaves me to believe that the problem lies within you multimedia player, I imagine there will be a setting somwhere allowing you to choose how many speakers to use...

I'm not sure if you corrected the problem or not but Wally's right about it probably not being hardware related. When I first got my Vista I had similar difficulty in setting up my surround sound. The settings I had to change were under the Realtek control panel. If you right click the symbol (assuming it's in your tray) under audio devices I had to do some tinkering there. Like enable this device etc. As this was a couple of years ago now I can't remember the specifics but I was able to eventually get it working. Took some time though and pulling out of hair!
