Hi All,

Assistance to this error is much appreciated. I am getting a error:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.

Failed to read file "D:\"

The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Here is a screenshot of the actual error. Thanks in advance for your help!

Shrink is telling you that the file cannot be read.
Try using DVDFab or AnyDVD to rip.
