hi all, i put my xd card into a friends laptop to download some pics and it seemed to wipe all my pictures. when i got home to my own compute some of the pictures had returned to the card however i am still missing alot of them. can anyone help me here or do you know of any completely free recovery software, everyone iv tried so far wants me to pay and thats my last option. thanks for help. monkey
Have you tried the DOS undelete command? Navigate to the card from the command prompt and see what happens with undelete *.* Are you sure when you were moving the pictures you did a copy/paste not a cut/paste? I see people do that lots.
