To eliminate an abundance of stickies which robs the front page of thread space I'm consolidating the existing stickies into this one thread.
First and foremost read the Forum Rules before starting a thread or posting in one.
Second, search for your answer before wasting valuable forum space and making the good members here pull out their hair answering the same questions over and over again.
The rest of the guides/threads will just fall in line....
