well it happened about 3 weeks ago it would not charge. so i left it turned off until 2 days ago and i tried to charge it and it wont charge. then i tried the holding "R" button and pushing the on button but it didn't work. what do u think i need to do. i looked into getting a battery and a charger but i dont wanna spend $ on something that wont help it.

take the battery out and plug the psp charger in. Try if it works now

i also have a docking station and the blue light comes on but it doesnt charge so that makes me think that its the battery right?????????
