Is it possible to do this, i've read around and there have been mixed answers, the reason i would like to do this is because i'm a pc user but i would like to be able to use final cut pro? Is this possible?

Possibly.. it has nothing to do with fista, it is your hardware that matters. As you say nothing about that then for now the answer is no. Mac-os is made for very specific hardware.. if yours doesn't fit the bill then forget it.

Free open source software = made by end users who want an application to work. An engineer with a single tool in his toolbox is an idiot, not an engineer
