visual basic 6/ vb6 portable on Vista?

    In Visual basic 6 enterprise edition When I run setup.exe, it says a file called "config.nt." is missing from my system32 folder.
    When I try visual basic 6 portable it works fine until i try to run a coded program, at which time it will say "visual basic 6 has stopped working..." and then close.

    Any idea how to get it to work?
