I have recently Added devices to my Comcast 3 in 1 remote but i was wondering if this was possible:

Say there's a button on the remote that originally controlled just my TV (the button is "format") would it be possible to replace one of the "a" "b" or "c" buttons on my comcast remote and give it the command and function of the "format" button.


I really appreciate all the help this stuff is new to me and still very confusing.
