would it be possible to put windows 2000 (or above) compadibility mode into windows 98 (SE), because some programs refuse to run, when im certain the computer can handle them. thanks
Up-grading your machine to Windaz 2k would be the limit. Not knowing any of your system resources, xp might not run as efficiently. My backup pc, an old HP brio is currently running 2k pro from it's original '98 os and although painfully slow, it works. The thought of using xp on it is appealing, but i'd be pushing my luck me thinks.
