MP4 on 360?

Question 1: Will the 360 play MP4 files?

Question 2: Can I format a drive in the MAC format to play files larger than 4 gig?

Question 3: If these work with the 360, will they work with the PS3?

I am currently backing up all my HD video as .vob's for my PS3. VOB's currently don't work on the Xbox 360. If I could get a common container to play on each system than I would be a happy camper.
